Tara Energy cares about the causes that are important to our customers.   Through the Save & Care Plan™, Tara will contribute a portion* of each participating residential customer’s monthly bill to a non-profit organization of your choice.

Tara's Save & Care Plan customers can currently choose their beneficiary organization from a variety of participating non-profit organizations, including the Texas Parent Teacher Association (PTA), the American Heart Association, the Sunshine Kids Foundation, the American Cancer Society, Houston and other affiliates of Susan G. Komen for the Cure and many others.

If your favorite charity is not listed, review our Corporate Contribution Policy and if you feel the organization may qualify, please tell us about this charity. If you represent a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization, that meets our guidelines, and would like to participate in the Save & Care plan, contact us at (713) 830-1019.
